It provides automated, unattended fax delivery of mission-critical documents from virtually all SAP & Oracle applications, an immediate or scheduled delivery to take advantage of reduced phone rates, message tracking, notification and delivery status within SAP & Oracle solutions, and Wireless access to fax and email. A generic connector TRANSport is available for other applications.

Xport / FAXport4HP - FAXport for Xerox & HP Multifunction office machines and LAN Scanners enable users to access documents and send outbound faxes directly from the Xerox & HP devices. Companies who own those devices can deploy an enterprise-wide network fax solution that takes advantage of the efficiencies of the combined technologies. When integrated with one or more devices, the FAXport server takes over the fax transmission and reception functions, and bottlenecks are reduced. The networked system eliminates the need for stand-alone fax machines and dedicated phone lines or modems for individual workstations.

FAXport e-mail Connector - FAXport e-mail connector supports any Exchange version (5.5, 2000, 2003), and any Lotus Notes/Domino version. The new connector supports current versions, old versions, and will support future versions of Exchange. This is helpful to FAXport customers - when upgrading their e-mail environments; they will not need to make any changes to FAXport. FAXport 4 Exchange does not require user training - to send a fax from Outlook, the user needs to enter a plane fax number in the "To" field, or chose a fax number from the address book - no need to enter special signs with the fax number. The same message can be sent simultaneously by fax and email.

To install the Client in large sites, FAXport offers an MSI installation package that allows an automatic installation without the interference of the user.
